It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Paul McElwain of Winchester, Tennessee, who passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Mitchell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mitchell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McElwain and Dorothy McElwain (Roach); his half-sister A'lshah Lewis; and his pet Kirby. He is survived by: his brother Mike McElwain (Mary); and his stepdaughter Alanna Morris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; loving partner.
