He is survived by: his wife Amanda Nichole Stacy of Winchester; his daughters, Ruby Ann Stacy and Addi Mae Stacy; his parents, Savannah Carol Johnson of Winchester and Billy Stacy Jr. (Tina) of Virginia; his siblings, Eli Grayson Stacy of Winchester and Stephanie Marie Stacy of Winchester; and his grandfather Billy Stacy Sr. of West Virginia.
