He is survived by: his close friend Diana Block; his mother Clara Tolliver of Winchester; his stepmother Polly Bradford of Estill Springs; his siblings, Martha Conway of Casper Wyoming, Janice Lavallie of Austin, Cassandra Rhodes of Winchester, TN, Pamela Zandi of Estill Springs, TN., Stephen Bradford of Casper, Carl Bradford of Decherd and Joshua Bradford of Estill Springs; and his close friends, Tammy Howard, Curtis Howard and Stacy Mosley.

There will be no services open to the public for Mr. Bradford at this time due to COVID precautions.
