She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Ashby; her son Don Ashby; and her siblings, Douglas Durm, Darwin Durm, Orval Durm and Letha Syler.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Smith (Karon), Pam Limbaugh (Jimmy), Tammy Kelly (Randy), Melanie Bradford (Ricky) and Angie Jenkins; her grandchildren, Kasi St (Eric), Kandace Jones (Eddie), Amber Burton (Trey), Chad Ashby (Ashley), Cody Bradford, Chance Bradford, Ashlee Jenkins and Nathan Jenkins; and her sister Geneva Hulvey.
