He was predeceased by: his father Thelbert Miller; and his brothers, Varnell Miller and Kenneth Miller. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Faye Stovall Miller of Keith Springs; and his children, Scotty Miller (Nancy) of Escondido, California, Richard Craig Miller of Keith Springs, Ophelia McGee of Winchester, Johnnie Clark of Winchester, Thelberta, Peggy Smith (Junior) of Winchester, Melissa Nunley (Danny) of Keith Springs, Kathy Metcalf of Winchester, Jimmy Miller (Judy) of Winchester and Larry Miller (Melinda) of Winchester. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
