She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Smith and Betty Smith (Grammer); her husband Carmack Cullins Sr.; and her siblings, Fred Smith, Joe Smith and Betty Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Crabtree, Carmack "Mack" Cullins Jr. (Darlene), Kimberly Mann (Terrell) and Melissa Cullins (Ray Cutrell). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
