He is survived by: his mother Minnie Treadway Broyles; his sister Cindy Burt (Phil); his significant other Kathy Crosslin; his sibling's children, Rachelle Blair (Josh), Rusty Burt (Crystal) and Daniel Burt (Kelly Hale); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mikayla, Rylie, Joslin, Miles and Makston; his aunt Bonnie Treadway; and his pet Sassy.
