He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Jacob and Emmie Irene Williams (Fanning); his wife Sue Williams; and his siblings, Ryland Williams, Agnes Holt and Ina Elliott.

He is survived by : his sons, Teddy Williams Jr. (Shannon) and Jordan Williams (Kelly); his granddaughters, Abby Williams and Alexandria Manus (Ronnie); his great grandchildren, Kyeson Manus and Serenity Manus; his sister Juanita Palmertree (Virgil); and his siblings-in-law, Carter Smith, Patsy Rigsby and Pam Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
