She was predeceased by: her parents, Pascal Lee and Cora Etta Givens (Henry); her siblings, Margaret Finchum, Nora Sutton, Pat Thompson, Pascal Givens Jr., Charles Givens, Joanne Gilbert and Linda Couch; and her brother-in-law Melvin Vanhooser.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Keith, Billy Keith (Brandi) and Michael Townsend, Jr. (April); and her siblings, Bobby Givens, Dale Givens (Carol) and Jimmie Vanhooser. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home (300 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
