He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanton Davis and Katie Davis (Hudson); and his sisters, Virginia Hittson, Annie Northcutt and Wilma Luttrell.
He is survived by: his wife Sadie Davis of Winchester; his daughter Deta M. Green (Bill) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Jennifer McClellan (Colton) of Chattanooga, Billy Green (Dina Morse) of Dalton, Georgia and Kaitlin Champion (Joel) of Greenbrier; and his great grandchildren, Aubry, Kimber, Piper and Tinsley Champion.
