He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Clessie Crabtree, Rudolph and Nellie Couch; his grandparents, Mary Bentley, Bill Stephens, Robert and Sue Reed; and his nephew Jonathan James Stephens.
He is survived by: his parents, John Stephens and Debra Stephens (Reed) of Winfield, Tennessee; his children, Kelsey Stephens (Nathan Pergram) and Jonathan Stephens of Winfield, Tennessee; his siblings, John Stephens, Jr., Susie Riseden of Oneida and Renee Kiser (Matt) of Oneida, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Celvenger, Athena Stephens, Alyssa Stephens of Ohio, Phoenix Stephens of Iowa, Wade, Ethan Kiser of Oneida, Ricky Riseden of Oneida and Aiden Stephens of Iowa.
Family ask that that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
