He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Douglas and Pauline Chitwood Douglas; and his brother Richard Dean 'Ricky Douglas. He is survived by: his son Adam (Dedra Douglas); his grandchildren, Adysan, Braleigh and Casen; and his brothers, Danny (Misty Douglas) and Kevin Douglas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
