With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dellie Trammell of Winfield, Tennessee, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Turney Lowe and Myrtle Lowe; and her siblings, Walter Lowe, Ernist Lowe, Hazel Burge and Dorthy Lowe.

She is survived by : her sons, Tony Phillips and Cary Phillips; her siblings, Olie Taylor, Haley Taylor, Billy Lowe, Glen Lowe and Jerry Lowe; her grandchildren, Nicky Payne (Phillips), Tori Phillips and Brier Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Payne and Nevan Payne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
