He was predeceased by: his parents, Scotty Vernon Cross and Erchelle Whitehead Cross Little; his grandparents, Alfred Kenneth Cross, Mary Duncan Cross, Grover and Lou Whitehead; his uncle Ovia Lee Cross; and his aunt Karen Cross Trammell.
He is survived by: his brother Vernon Duane Cross; his niece Brooke Michelle Cross (Cory Graham); his great-niece Avah Elizabeth Graham; his great-nephew Jace Elijah Graham; his aunt Alfredia Cross Duncan (Robert A. Duncan) of Oneida, TN; and his uncles, Colonel Danny Cross, Jerry Cross of Panama City, Florida and Bobby Joe Trammell of Winfield, TN.
