He is survived by: his wife Loretta Forbis Adkins; his sons, Greg Adkins (Ann), Tim Adkins (Rova) of Helenwood, TN and Phillip Adkins (Peggy) of Rockwood, TN; his sister Sandra Stewart (Bob) of Winfield, TN; his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Adkins and Hilda Forbis; and his grandchildren, Amber Brown (Adam), Alyssa Alt (Jake), Eric Adkins (Leeann) of Knoxville, TN, Jamie Kitterman (Shawn) of Helenwood, TN, Ashley Adkins (Daniel) of Soddy Daisy, TN and Sarah Adkins (Marshal) of Lenoir City, TN. He is also survived by grandkids; and many other relatives and friends.
