He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Edwin Baker and Cleo Phillips Baker; and his grandparents, Elmer Phillips (Boog), Etha West Phillips, Granville and Maggie Baker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Baker and Valery Baker Haney; his nieces and nephews, Lesley, Belinda Baker, Dewayne Baker and Dylan Mahon; and his great-nephews, Thistian Hansford, Tyson, Kigeaun Coffey and Blake Spaw. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
