She was predeceased by : her father Clell Strunk; her husband Robert Posey; her grandparents, Burdett, Myrtle Strunk of Winfield, TN, Asberry and Chasity Chitwood of Winfield, TN; and her siblings, Bill Strunk (Barb), Bobby Strunk (Kathy), Gordon Strunk, Reed Strunk, Dale, Ronald, Donald Strunk, Carol Watters, Rosemary Strunk, Brenda Strunk and Linda Strunk.
She is survived by : her sons, Bradley Clell Posey and Benjamin Robert Posey; her grandson Elijah Posey; her close friend Sara; and her siblings, Ann Blevins (Robert "Speedy" Blevins), Jerry Strunk, Mike Strunk (Tina) and Tony Strunk. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to United Cumberland Bank to the Pam Posey Memorial Fund C/O Michael Strunk.
