He is survived by: his children, Scott Pennington of Indiana, Paula Davis of Cincinnati, OH, Mark Pennington (Dana) of Cincinnati, OH, Tricia McKinney (Dewey) of Cincinnati, OH and Deric Pennington (Mandy) of Helenwood, TN; and his siblings, Hoey Pennington, Wanda Ashcraft (Tony) and Angie Owens. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
