She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Mathis and Mamie Harell Mathis. She is survived by : her husband Foy L. Rigney of Manchester; her daughters, Ericka Marie Webb (Jim) of Jackson and Emily Megan Cagle (Matt) of Manchester; her granddaughters, Tatum Marie Readhimer and Megan Gwyn Cagle; and her siblings, Sepal DeBerry of Murfreesboro, Lynwood Mathis (Carol) of Paducah, Cordell Mathis (Pat) of LaVergne, Rachel Stafford of Cookeville and Era Kay Neely (Joel) of Searcy, Arkansas..
