He was predeceased by: his father Cloy Dwyane Mullican; and his sister Beth Ivie. He is survived by: his daughter Linsey Mullican (Sawyer Henderson) of Woodbury; his mother Wanda Thomas Mullican of Woodbury; his granddaughters, Riley Goodman and Sophie Hiles; his siblings, Jerry Mullican (Tammy) of Woodbury, Judy Orrick (Jimmy) of Centertown and Tammy Burnett (Randy) of Bradyville; and his son-in-law Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
