He is survived by: his wife Dottie Jernigan Baskin of Woodbury; his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law Shannon Higgins of McMinnville; his grandsons, Trevor Flint Higgins (Ariel) of Lascassas and Christopher Heath Higgins (Isabel) of Murfreesboro; his great grandchild Lainey Lynn Higgins of Murfreesboro; his siblings, Tom Baskin (Anita) of Winchester and Van Baskin (Marsha) of Estill Springs; his sister-in-law Betty Baskin of Murfreesboro; and his nieces, Rebecca Baskin-Dillehay (Kristifer) and Amanda Baskin.
