He is survived by: his wife Helen "Jody" Mitchell Bonham; his children, Kathleen Elizabeth "Kathy" Bonham of Woodbury, TN, Ellen Jo Murphy of Chicago, IL, Michael Drew Bonham of Murfreesboro, TN and Christopher Joseph Bonham (Tasha) of Chandler, AZ; and his grandchildren, Isabella Santina Murphy, Megan Denise, Jessica Bailey, Agnes Clare and Ciaran Joseph Bonham of Washington.

Memorials may be made to St. Rose Catholic School in memory of Mike.
