She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Paul Mears and Minnie Frances Mears (Merritt); her husband Robert "Bobby" Tosh; her brother Jerry Wayne Merritt, Sr.; and her nephew Jerry Wayne Merritt, Jr..

She is survived by : her niece Paula Frances Merritt; her nephew Terry Merritt; and her sister-in-law Karen Heath (Cosner). She is also survived by Several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Riverside Garden Cemetery.
