He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Letcher Daniel and Bobbie Lee Wimberly Daniel; his wife Shirley Daniel; and his siblings, Virginia Baker and Milan Daniel.

He is survived by : his daughters, Tracy Foster (Steve) of McMinnville and Martha Daniel of Woodbury; his grandsons, Wesley Foster (Katie) and Ethan Foster (Meghann) of Woodbury; and his great grandchildren, Emma Kate, Jordan Foster and Hudson Alan Foster.
