He is survived by: his wife Kay Adams; his sister Irma Melton; his nieces and nephews, Kristy Williams, Lori Ann Melton, Ursula Lorenz, Barbara Harmon, Danny Watson and Paul Adams; his cousins, Don, Bob and Raymond; his sister-in-law Linda Cottingham (David); and his close friends, Shane Nichols, Al Bugg and Tim Gentry.
