He is survived by: his children, Steven Hollandsworth of Woodbury and Leslie Self (Aaron) of Murfreesboro; and his grandchildren, Jarred (Ali) of Woodbury, Justin Asbury (Meredith) of Woodbury and Britta Phillips (Justin) of Woodbury. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
