He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Angie Neal Phelps; his children, Leah Phelps and Patience Phelps; his granddaughter Cora Porter; his mother Kathy Hale Phillips of Woodbury; his siblings, Teresa Underwood (John) of Viola and Joey Phelps of Woodbury; his nieces and nephews, Justin Underwood (Bonnie), Constance Mooneyham (Holden), Isabella Underwood, Landon Underwood, Spencer Phelps and Damien Phelps; and his close friends, Trey Landrum, Wesley "Bull" Fults and Nelson Young.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral home to help with Funeral expenses.
