He was predeceased by : his father Melvin Green; and his grandparents, Jimmy, Bea Parker, Cecil and Thelma Green.

He is survived by : his wife Tammy Green; his stepdaughters, Jessica Bevelacqua (Scott) and Katie Welch; his stepgrandchildren, Brooklyn and Ethan Bevelacqua; his mother Phyllis Green; his mother-in-law Kathy Westmoreland; his sister-in-law Tonia Perry; and his aunts, Barbara Perry (James), Betty Grissom, Melba Emptage, Joyce Burns and Peggy Sain (Barry). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
