She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lack and Arie Elrod Lack; her daughter Deborah "Debo" Foster; and her sisters, Lora Herron, Leron Hutcherson and Helen Wyatt.
She is survived by: her husband Mac Horn of Woodbury; her children, Terry Horn (Thersia) of Woodbury and Tammy Nichols (Gary) of Woodbury; her grandchildren, Jeremy Foster (Amy), Nicholas Foster (April), Nathan Horn, Amber Barrett (Caleb), Amy Lawrence (Bryan), Kelly "Pepper" Weaver (Dillon), Emily Haynes (Chuck), Anna Rowland (David), Cameron Nichols (Lauren) and Drew Nichols (Julie); and her sister Chris Hillman. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
