She was predeceased by: her grandmother Sammie; her parents, Jessie "Doc" Higgins and Sammie Davenport Higgins; her husband Don Alexander; her sister Jean Bise; and her niece Pamela Jenice Maxwell.
She is survived by: her aunt Jean; her children, Daryl Alexander (Karen) of Readyville and Donna Miller (Robert) of Bradyville; her grandchildren, Rachel Green (Gavin Lees), Emily Rice (Andrew), Libby Alexander, Haleigh Alexander, Jessica Alexander and Robby Miller (Christy); her brother Benny; and her sister-in-law Judy Alexander. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Alive Hospice.
