She is survived by: her parents, Rickey D. Scott (Jasmine Davenport) of McMinnville and Lisa Michelle Jones Rhea (Wallace) of Morrison; her siblings, Wesley Paul Scott of Morrison and Stacey Herbert of Shelbyville; her caregiver Ciara Scott of Woodbury; her children, Jonathan, Zoie, Sofia and Skylar Pewitt; her aunt Angie Scott of McMinnville; and her nieces and nephews, Braydon Michael Scott, Clara Hope Scott, Brooklyn Faith Scott, Jillian Alana Scott and Addison Victoria Scott.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help her family with funeral expenses.
