He is survived by: his children, Gage Curtis (Ishia) of Christiana and Taylor Curlee (Jeremy) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Eddie Curtis (Yvonne) of Woodbury, Teddy Curtis of Woodbury, Doris Curtis of Woodbury, Carolyn Thomas of Smithville and Talma Mosley of Smithville; and his grandchildren, Sasha Curtis, Rylee Curlee, Gunner Curtis, Bailey Curtis and Sky Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
