With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry D. Odom (Woodbury, Tennessee), who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Donna Sue Odom; his parents, Ray Odom and Betty Morris Odom; and his sister Virginia McGuirk (Frederick). He is survived by : his brother Harry Odom (Annette) of Florida; his nephews, Jonathan Odom (Ashley) of China, Jeremy Odom (Deidre) of Florida, Joshua Odom (Sarah) of Texas and Christopher McGuirk (Angelle) of California; his niece Ginger McGuirk of New Mexico; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Ray Odom, Scarlett Odom, Samuel Odom, Nolan McGuirk and Alina McGuirk. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gentry-Smith Funeral Home (303 Murfreesboro Rd, Woodbury, TN 37190). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Center Hill Cemetery Center Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Adams Memorial Library.
