It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ruth Barrett of Woodbury, Tennessee, born in Florence, Alabama, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Thomas and Alice Peral Wampler Bunch; her husband W. T. Barrett; her daughter Rachael Jeanette McCormick; and her grandson Michael Anderson.
She is survived by : her children, Jackie Womack of McMinnville, TN, Roger Womack of McMinnville, TN and Angie; her son-in-law Leon Tate of McMinnville, TN; her daughter Annette; her son-in-law Scottie Anderson of Beachgrove, TN; her son James Gregory; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Davis of Ohio. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends.
