With sadness, we share the passing of Michael Young of Woodbury, Tennessee. Michael, born on May 8, 1962, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Young and Felson Young; his brothers, Mark and Anthony Young; and his pet Maria.

He is survived by: his nephews, Nicholas Young (Amber), Tanner Young and Michael Thomas; his great-niece Olivia; his great-nephews, Bradley and Bryce Young; his cousin Edwina (Robert Ward); and his close friends, Joe and Duck.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Gunter Grizzle Cemetery.
