He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Weaver of Woodbury, TN; his sister Gail Weaver of Florida; his daughter Abigail Weaver of Smyrna, TN; his stepsons, Carey and David Kemper of Rutherford; and his siblings-in-law, James Smith (Patricia) of Murfreesboro, TN, Timothy Smith of Woodbury, TN. and Matilda Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, extended family and a lot of great friends.
