He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah "Debbie" Lynn Sullins Parker; and his grandparents, Lacie Clark and Berma Jean Sullins (Pa Lacie). He is survived by: his wife Lu Anne McCullough of Woodbury; his father Keith McCullough of Lebanon; his cousins, Nicholas Barton of Murfreesboro, Dan Sullins of McMinnville and Amy McMackins of McMinnville; his aunt Phyllis Barton of Readyville; his niece Sierra Anderson (Alex); his nephew Zachary "Zach" McCullough; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jace Anderson, Ryleigh Anderson, Levi Anderson and Sadie Anderson. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins; and countless friends.
They were having to move two apartments worth of items back into one home, so obviously, some of it ended up getting donated.
