She is survived by: her husband Gerald Tate; her brother Ferrell Lee Wilson; her sons, Russell Tate (Robin) of Woodbury and Mark Tate (Shelia) of Creedmoor, NC; her grandson Adam Tate (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Merritt and Bennett Tate of Franklinton, NC.; her grandson Jason Tate (Amber); her great grandchild Lainey Tate; her stepgrandson Hayden McKeithan of Bunn, NC.; her grandson Brandon Tate of Durham, NC.; her foster daughter Emma Ashford of Liberty; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Bryson of Auburntown, Rita Davis (Ernest) of Auburntown and Jeff Tate (Jan) of Christiana.
