He was predeceased by: his father Morgan Thomas; and his siblings, Wayne Thomas and Barbara Gribble. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Rose Thomas of McMinnville; his wife Amy Melton Thomas of Woodbury; his children, Samanthia Hollandsworth (Michael) and David Thomas of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Trenton, Grayson, Amylia and Jamison Thomas; his brother Larry Thomas (Tena) of Watertown; his sister-in-law Caroyln Thomas of Smithville; and his parents-in-law, Thomas and Margaret Melton of Woodbury.
