He is survived by : his siblings, Shannon Holt of Murfreesboro and Donnie Holt of Smyrna; his aunt Sue Holt Patrick of Woodbury; his cousins, Grant Holt of Woodbury and Todd Wiedeman of Wichita, KS; and his caregiver Jennifer Colins of Woodbury.
