He is survived by: his children, Danna Pemberton (Roger Parker) of Woodbury, Steven Todd Prater (Vickie) of Rock Island and Tracy Bell (Clay) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Emily Elgin (Derrick), Matthew Pemberton (Shelby), Shawnacey Wilcher (Morgan), Catherine Howell (Mark), Dalton Bell (Karisa) and McClain Kell (Logan); his brothers, James Prater (Marie) of Woodbury and Ricky Prater (Barbara) of Woodbury; and his sister-in-law Dalphia Parsley of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
