He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pendleton and Mary Lemmons Pendleton; his wife Shirley Pendleton; and his daughter Janette Fugate Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Chip Fugate (Penny) of Christiana, Keith Fugate of Lebanon and Brian Fugate of Mississippi; his son-in-law James Barnes of Lascassas; and his siblings, Robert Pendleton of Dayton, TN, Carol Barazak of Smyrna and Imogene Pendleton of Dayton, TN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren.
