He was predeceased by : his parents, Ben E. Feltner and Nannie Shelton Feltner; and his siblings, Cecil, Graham, Edison, Marshall, Bill Feltner, Mary Sholar and Irene Moore.
He is survived by : his sister Dollye F. Clayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
