He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sullins and Virginia Sullins (Woodruff). He is survived by: his wife Lanette Sullins of Abbott; his children, Mason Sullins (Raven) and Morgan Sullins (Dalton Slayton); his grandchildren, Hallie Sullins and Elwood Slayton; and his brother Rick Sullins (Louise). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Penelope or the charity of your choice.
