He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Hill and Luella Hill (Duvall); his brother Walter E. Hill (Margie) of Powhatan Point, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Stephens Kincaid, Sam Stephens and Peggy Stephens.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Hugh Hill of Lubbock, TX and Terri Smith (Larry) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Kyle Hendrix (Hollie) of Lubbock, Adam, Amy Smith of Lubbock and Brant Smith of Austin, TX; his great grandchildren, Holton, Koleman Hendrix, Carter, Brynlee Smith and Braden Smith; his brother Barry Joe Hill (Linda) of Ohio; and his brothers-in-law, Ronnie Stephens of Graham, TX and Gene Stephens (Doris Anna) of Abernathy. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
