He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Elmo and Emma Oleta Priest (Penny); his brothers, Larry Glynn and Jim Priest (Betty); and his nephew Mark Priest.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Bryant; his brother Dr. Joe Priest (Susan) of Stephenville, TX; and his cousin Bob Penny (Nancy). He is also survived by two sons, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one brother.
