She is survived by: her mother Joanne Gray St. Martin of Newport News, VA; her husband Harry M. Root, Jr. of Abilene, TX; her siblings, Kimball White of Harpsville, ME, Melissa "Lis" Connolly (Charles "Chuck") of Newport News, VA and Beth Damon (Jared) of Otisfield, ME; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Root of Abilene, TX and Susan Aston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children, and Gracie, her dog.
