He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Williams; his daughter Kristy Kubacak (Joe) of Mequon; his wife Mary McMillon; his daughters, Jennifer Goebel (Frank) of Lubbock and Kelly Leverett (Dennis) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Emily, Julia Goebel of Lubbock, Grant, Evyn, Hunter, Bristyl Leverett of Lubbock and Allison Trouy (Craig Kurjanski) of Wauwatosa; his siblings, Ernest Kubacak (Rosemary) of Bartonville, Angelene Clark (Tom) of Abilene, Fran Ehler (David) of Lubbock, Betty Schaffner (Mike) of Brady and Ann McCuiston (Lesly) of Decatur; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Kubacak of Brady, Cathy Kubacak of Lubbock and Walter Denzer of Slaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends.
