It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Womack of Abilene, Texas, born in Rising Star, Texas, who passed away on February 9, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Marie Smith; her husband Jimmy Dean Womack (J. D.); and her siblings, Jack Smith and Johnnie Maxwell.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Womack.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Love and Care Ministries or Pioneer Drive Baptist Church.
