She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Marie Mayhall; her sister Gail Martinez; her niece Angel Martinez; and her brother-in-law Paul Martinez. She is survived by: her husband Al Windham; her sons, Jason Windham and Eric Windham (Crystal); her grandchild Koda; her brother Curtis Mayhall; and her friend Cathy Tipler.
